Who is responsible

What we collect and why

  • When you write to us (contact form or email): your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on trade enquiries. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask for before a business relationship. We keep them for up to 3 years after our last exchange. For trade partners, invoices and business records are kept as long as the law requires (10 years). To protect the contact form from spam, Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) checks that the form is sent by a person, using your IP address and how you use the page. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner.
  • Audience measurement (only if you accept it in the cookie banner): Squarespace Analytics records pages visited and visit counts. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom of the page. Cookies last up to 2 years.
  • Age check: when you confirm your age, your answer is saved in your browser (not by us) so you aren't asked again. The check is provided by Elfsight SL (Andorra).
  • Technical data: to display the site, our host and service providers process your IP address and browser data for security and delivery.

We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't send newsletters unless you ask.

Who receives it

Only us and our technical providers, acting on our behalf:

  • Squarespace Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland), website hosting, forms and analytics.
  • Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland), spam protection for the contact form (reCAPTCHA).
  • Elfsight SL (Escaldes-Engordany, Andorra), age-check widget.
  • Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland): email (Google Workspace).
  • Adobe (Adobe Fonts) [only if still loaded after launch].

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the United States). They do so under the safeguards required by the GDPR (EU adequacy decisions, including for Andorra, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses), as set out in their own privacy policies.

Instagram

Our Instagram tiles are simple links. Instagram (Meta) only receives data if you click through to its site, under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to richie@champagnelaculle.com. If you think your rights aren't respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
