Our love for Pinot Blanc
Pinot Blanc is finding its way back into Champagne, and here in the Côte des Bar it has always had its place. A third of our vines are Pinot Blanc, and Victor works closely with it in the cellar. It’s always in Les Deux Vallées and in Plaisir Champenois, all the way to the single plot Val Moignot.
Our storyChervey & Buxeuil
Les Deux Vallées
Two valleys, two grapes. The Seine and the Arce are the valleys our plots lie in, and the valleys Edouard and Victor’s parents come from: their father from the Arce, their mother from the Seine. Les Deux Vallées is Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc from our plots in Chervey and Buxeuil. Each blend brings the latest harvest together with reserve wines from earlier years, fermented partly in French oak barrels and partly in steel tank. Pinot Blanc is always in it.

Three grapes, one blend
Plaisir Champenois
All three of our grapes in one bottle: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, from plots in the Arce valley at Chervey, fermented in French oak barrels. The blend is what Edouard and Victor found most pleasing in its year.

Rosé · For the Little Red Dot, Singapore
Le Petit Point Rouge
Named after Singapore, the Little Red Dot, where Victor met Richie. The label says it at a glance: 329 tiny black dots and a single red one. Like the Singapore flag, the wine brings red and white together: 80% white Pinot Noir with 20% still red Pinot Noir, all from our Bicheret plot in Chervey, fermented in old barrels.

Single plot · Meurville
Val Moignot
Pinot Blanc on its own, from one plot on the Portlandian plateau at Meurville. The soil up there is poor, and the vines have to work for it. Fermented in wood tank, bottled under cork and agrafe, and left 36 months on the lees. The label says Extra Brut; the dosage is 0 g/L.
