RICHIE LACULLE-CHEN

Marketing and Part Time Cellar Rat

Richie, who arrived in Champagne at the end of 2019 from sunny Singapore, is also the better half of winemaker, Victor. She started her champagne journey entirely by accident, but has nonetheless found herself enamoured with the world of winemaking and has become very well acquainted with the ephemeral joy behind each bottle. A graduate in communications and international relations from Deakin University and Monash University in Australia, she remembers her first searing ambition to become a writer of wine descriptions behind each bottle. Since arriving in France, she has received her WSET 2 qualifications with distinction and plans to continue embarking to the next levels. She also hopes to acquire equal distinction in the French language, but it remains, a work in progress.
